I stayed here through the summer of 2008. I had a 2 bedroom, 1 bath unit, with my own garage (with electric garage door opener). Weekly maid service was great. I had two problems that required fixing:

1. When I moved in, the shower was completely broken.
2. The electric garage door opener broke.

One call at 8am, and the shower was immediately fixed. One call about the door opener, and they replaced the unit that day while I was at work.

Lots of dogs all around - not everyone picks up after their pets though. But you can't ding Big Trout for that. One of the best dog parks ever is by State Line. Check it out if you have a dog.

One minor complaint about the kitchen is the lack of garbage disposal. Otherwise, the kitchen was very well equipped, and I'm a fairly gourmet chef. (Of course I'd prefer a gas stove/oven, but we're talking rental here.)

The air conditioning kept us from boiling on the 100 degree days.

Never any problem finding an empty space for the second car.

Lots of pools, well maintained.

Within walking distance of shopping (Albertsons, Safeway), and a few minutes from the major highway.
