Here is the short list of cons:
- They installed lights that are suppose to save energy in every apt...well each light now takes a minute to warm-up so if you are expecting to have a bright room when you walk into it no luck!
- The "free" internet is unbelievably slow which they admittedly refuse to fix.
- The "free" internet went out in some buildings and they are only offering $30 a month for us to go and find our own internet and have someone come out and install. Last time I checked there is no internet service for $30, so again we have to pay more.
- You have to pay for garbage
- Look in the Liberty Lake Splash first as they are usually trying to sell off these apts. for a cheap deal.
- The plow that came in one measly time during our record snowfall has barely done anything as far as roadways. Plus if you live in a carport plan on some snow blocking your area especially if you're in a corner. Good luck parking!
- Add at least $50 to the advertised rent prices as it doesn't include your basic utilities cost but you have to add it.
- When I first moved in the manager quickly avoided a lot of breaks so I had to call and report them and then submit a bunch of work orders (ie broken electric socket...really, how do you miss that when getting ready for someone to move in')

And last....if you see the review below and it says "Great Place!" it's from the management...really' you have to write your own review to sound good' What a joke.

I wasn't complaining about the snow plow in the city. I understand that. It's not hard to call a free lance contractor to get his truck with a plow on the front to come through the apartment complex and move snow around. I'm from a much colder place than this so I believe I have a pretty good idea on how it works. The "big" snowfall we just had is pretty normal from where I moved. Plus, I don't mind them being up front, but when they change things in the middle of the contract it's not good customer service.

Everyone is trying to sell things these days. They're condos. As for the snow plow Liberty Lake doesn't yet have its own snow removal. Its a small city and it isn't in the County's main concern. Complaining about the snow is a stupid thing. Welcome to the Northwest. Dont like it? Theres a hot place called Arizona where you'll never see snow again.

the management, especially ------------ are all rude and and incompitant morons. None of them have any idea of how to do their jobs. Do not waste your money on this place!
