First and foremost, don't rent here!!! I rented the apartment starting in March 2005. Even though the place was fairly cheap, I was expecting ALOT better than that. Sections of carpet missing, and a horrible job patching it, stains everywhere (which even though I recorded on the move in inspection they tried to charge me for anyways) everything in there was at least 25 to 30 years old, walls scratched up and holes on them, and to top it off, they cashed a rent check, then turned around and said I didn't pay and tried to evict me! The staff (Tom especially) are morons, and won't help with apartment problems. I had a huge spider infestation near my front door, I sprayed raid, I swept the webs down, didn't help, and they would do nothing, so I ended up killing 10 spiders a day in the aoartment. The ventilation is so horrible, that if you have an upstairs apartment, it is much cooler to go outside and sit in the sun than have be inside. The place was so horrible that I broke my lease and moved away. Like hell I am going to give them 1 dollar more. I've contacted the Attorney General's office on this matter too. Take my advice, just stay away from here!!!!! Unless you want to find somewhere easy to buy meth, or want to live in a hellhole.

wow what a -------- I went today to fill out an app. and they wanted 70 dollars right then non refundable of corse! And we looked at a upstairs apartment and the railing was old and rickty and they had just painted and now i know why to cover the mold! from what i have read this place seems like a ghetto and should be shut down!
