We have been there for about 30 years and have never seen the property they way it looks now.

I have no mold in our apartment, we live in the northwest it's everywhere!! Maybe we should clean our homes better, as for the parking, park in your own stall-no problem! Never seen our property look like this for a long time, follow the rules and you'll have nothing to complain about.

My apartment was a remodled apartment. I have a feeling that it may not have been the apartment which was moldy but the paint that they used to paint it. All of the stuff we had while living there is still sitting in our garage smelling like mold. There was no way we could stay in that filth with a brand new baby and a man who just had a heart transplant. On top of that, the manager is possibly the rudest person I have ever met and I am a very tolerant, easy going person! The prices there are insane, even for Longview! But I am glad that it is working out for you. But really, thirty years? Wow.

WOW IS RIGHT. I LIVED THERE FOR 2 YEARS (TOO MANY) MOLD MOLD MOLD. MANAGER? IS THAT WHAT SHE SHOULD BE CALLED!.UNFAIR AND NEVER IN THE OFFICE...ALL OTHER STAFF MEMBERS ARE AS GOOD AS CAN BE,CONSIDERING WHO THEY WORK FOR. MY STUFF HAD TO BE PUT IN THE GARBAGE DUE TO MOLD. COSTLY MOVE FOR US. KIDS AND FAMILLY SICK ALL OF THE TIME. LOOK ELSEWHERE, EVERYBODY!

Mold is right. my ex lived there and he had my kids everyother weekend and it was so bad that he had to move because they kept getting sick. He even worked there for a while and he couldnt find out where the mold was coming from and they didnt even try to help him, AND HE WORKED FOR THEM!!!! It was so bad that when I dropped off the kids I had that mold taste in my mouth. I felt so bad for the kids to have to put up with that but the courts say I had to drop them off or I would be incontempt. He quit his job there and moved out as soon as he could. Management was changing so I can comment on that but I can say that they fix things half---- and cheap as possible.

Not likely anyone can compare their apartment with others if they've lived in the same one for thirty years. You should get out and see some others, you may be suprised. My thoughts are that "anonymous" is a phony user. (possibly management?) Especially the rating this user gave, it's pretty obvious they're biased for some purpose. The mold is bad, the management is worse. It's also interesting this user happens to be the only one not having a mold problem. So, this mold is everywhere? I grew up in the Northwes and this is the first place I've seen it. I doubt anyone will fall for your thirty-years-with-no-problems story.

maybe there mind is messed up because they have been breathing mold for 30 years! I cant believe someone can be so cold and heartless and downright stupid too!

I noticed the original poster referred to the place as "our property." Sounds like a posting from management to me.
