this place is in the top ten of police calls for longview. people get their cars broken in to and they get their tired slashed. the kid who does this repeatedly doesn't get evicted. the apartments themselves are ok. the appliances work, but the sinks are all messed up. water will be on full then randomly stop coming out. overall not a good place.

About the pipes in the sinks....they are terrible if you do not have them on full blast they make a god aweful screeching noise, the hot water lasts maybe ten minutes sometimes not even long enough to get wet, and the maitence staff will not fix that stuff! When we moved in we were missing cobord doors and the closet was broken, not to mention our toliet talks! Lots of spiders! eeek! this is a NO GO APT!
