The apartmnet themslves are fairly nice and the rent is decent but managment is slow to act and turns over way too frequently. Paper work gets lost in the shuffle and I was always refiling with ever new manager. Repairs never get done, in five years they never once fixed anything I requested. Also security of your vehicle sucks to be blunt. In my time there my car was broken into several times (5 times) and so were numnerous other tennants.

What the person above said is all true. I lived there for almost a year. There is a large amount of drug users in this complex and cars being broken into cops were called way to many times for various things loud music almost every night and nothing was done about it. In fact the managers would normally go and join in the parties. If you have kids this is no place to be do to them (tenents and managers) serving liquar and drugs to minars. They also don't treat tenents equal. So yeah run and don't look back

This reply is totally accurate even in 2009. RUN, AND DON'T LOOK BACK. Management STILL terrible, Management has parties until early AM hours with extremely loud music / no such thing as fairness with Tenants, or confidentiality!!!

I think management is great and there doesn't seem to be any problems... I notice parties from anyone on the holidays... but come on.. who doesn't? Its America holidays are ment to be celebrated! I think its been about a year since I've heard of a vehicle prowl.

I have had a great experience here. I have lived at the apartments for 7 years now and the first 2 were not the best, however the last 5 have been great. In the first 2 years I was there they went thru many managers. Never a good thing. The last 5 we have had the same managers and everything is great.

the manager does not party and none of this is true all of these negative comments are being posted by immature people who got themselves kicked out!!!!!
