Terrible management!!! ... Need a MATURE person who wants to MANAGE!!!

Manager does NOT know what MANAGEMENT means! Manager makes up rules to please herself and her select group of friends. / no such thing as confidentiality with management, what is spoken to management is repeated to others.. NOT GOOD!!! / grounds are not kept up / laundry rooms are a disaster / repairs are never done, unless one waits months /
Many apartments have mold in the walls, and Management just paints over the mold. / This does NOT KILL THE MOLD!!!
When one turns in a legitimate complaint about a neighbor, Management says it will be taken care of, and NOTHING IS EVER DONE!!!
There is supposed to be a Large dog restriction here, but Management lets Large dogs and multiple dogs in apts, that relieve themselves all over the yards! Awful to step in!
As soon as I find another place, I will be moving from here. Many other Tenants feel the same but do not have the money to move.

Sounds like you have some personal issues to deal with. I think this is a very nice little community. You must be one of the problem neighbors. I find that maitnance is always taken care of in a reasonable amount of time for me and my neighbors. The grounds are very beautiful and I feel good letting my children play outside. Never having issues with poop. If the laundry room is a disaster clean it.
