Manager cares about the apartments. I know plenty tenants have made this place a home instead of just somewhere to live. AWFUL! These apartments are repulsive. The management is unwilling to help, with ANYTHING. The apartment that I had was full of mold and had a horrible smell. This place is not worth your time.

MOLD Just moved out because the mold was horrible. I cleaned with bleach everyday, they came in and so called fixed it and it came back again, just wanted to put a band-aid on the problem instead of dealing with the isssue. They were not willing to pro rate or anything. WE ARE OUTTA THERE

30 yrs and counting We have been there for about 30 years and have never seen the property they way it looks now. I have no mold in our apartment, we live in the northwest it's everywhere!! Maybe we should clean our homes better, as for the parking, park in your own stall-no

Not to bad of a place. We lived there back afew years ago, rented a 3rd floor unit and lived there for six months. Everyone was nice and they fixed everything real good.

1970's horror This complex is worse than a hourly rate hotel. Nothing has been fixed or changed since the mid 1970's. Horrible stains on the carpets, smells, ancient fixtures, everything. DO NOT RENT HERE.

NOT GOOD These apartments have a huge problem with mold. Big time party area. Very noisy. Personal property left on porches usually are stolen or broken. Put in reports to managers, they do nothing.
