Roof leaks - Our roof leaked and maintenance's solution was to put a towel in the crawl space above our apartment. Also spoke with a neighbor and he's had nothing but issues with the owner. Rent is cheap but not worth the hassle of dealing with the management, owner and maintenance. DO NOT LIVE HERE!! - I have lived in many different apartment complexes and this is by far the WORST place i have ever lived.
