Stephen Gray´s and Associates are terrible! - I?ve lived at Sunrise South for 5 months and terminated the lease due to military deployment. The corporate office tried to charge additional fees and then altered the moving out sheet and tried to charge for cleaning fees after the resident manager already clearly marked "clean."
