I moved this place a week ago and it was not cleaned properly. Right after I moved I start noticing some items that needed to be maintained, like unaligned kitchen cabinets etc. In order to get them fixed I wrote a maintenance note and put it to the manager's mail box.

Today I started the dishwasher first time and start studying, I came back to kitchen in 30 min and I saw a lot of water on the floor. It was sort of a mini swimming pool. While I was cleaning it a tecnician from cable company came to install my internet connection and right after tecnician the manager arrived without giving any notice (a week after the notice). She entered to the apartment start yelling at me in front of the technician. We both were shocked. She scoulded me saying that I knew that this place is old and I don't have any right to complain. Old does not mean won't work. I am still in shock. I'm looking for a way to get my down payment back and move out as soon as possible.
