I lived their for 6 months, and I loved the location. I had come from a louder location, all though the mall is close and conveniant, it is located in the middle of eerything.. Everett, Seattle, 405, I-5, and close to the water and ferrys. And all the food spots you can eat were located so close. I would live their again, the parking was not so bad for the residence. Not too many visitors come so it is not so bad, their is parking on the street. Neighbors were always kind and a courtious staff. Always room to do laundry, and their is lots of wildlife off looking the porches....I find it a great place to live right by the police station and fredmeyer, and just right off the freeway.
