Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2002
 
Poor management staff and mantanence staff.

Rents continued to rise even though no improvments were done to apartments or grounds.

Aparments are old and not well built so you are always having to deal with noise.

Doesn't seem as if there is much screening done before apartments are rented so lots of noisey neighbors.

Extremely hard to get deposit back after moving out.
