Gross! Bad Neighbors

This has been the worst place I have ever lived. Noise of neighbors, smell of exhaust and diesel fuel from loading docks near the mall, and non responsive management makes it a bad place! Grounds are kept dirty, moldy water smell- so I have to say more'
