The management is at it agian, no one that ever really resided in the Alderbrooke Apartments would honestly rate that place anything above a "0" with a flithy dirty non functional Pool/Spa-clubhouse at the end of July as a "great place to live. The only person's to tollerate and use the dirty club house are the numberous ------ handy people's realitives untill all hours of the early AM on the balcony over looking the closed ammenities with loud ------- music and beer parties. The merry makers never lock up the clubhouse after they leave and it is open over night for creepy crawlers to come in and make the leasing area unsafe for the early working folks that have to pass by. No one would rate that place above "0" with no staff, since the last week of May. The ----------- that took over in early ----------- is a "male bimbo that swishes around like a chicken with his head cut off", full of empty promises and fraudulent deceptions. The handy man/ maintiance staff is still a team of one. NOTHING HAS CHANGED. The place is still half empty and very dirty. Many of the bum's that called that place home have skipped out, and anybody that is anyone normal is giving notice and is moving out. Nice rating from a person that has not lived there a day. Come on Mr. Phony Apartment Rater, 2009-2009 such a tooty fruity story..... I recently returned and checked out the newly remodeled community Laundry Room in the club house, or is it the new trash center/ storage room for the handy man. GROSS !!!!..... very very dirty with all kinds of broken apartment appliances. Nothing improved,,,,,,,such a line of bull----.

The police, just this weekend once agian responded to many calls by resident's about a battered women screaming for help in the parking lot with a wild confrontation with a truck vs resident incident this weekend. SO WHAT ELSE IS NEW !

The speeding around the north end of the property has gotten really bad late at night where there are no speed bumbs. Young drunk residents drive carelessly as fast as they want around in circles, in a poorly luminated parking lot looking for an open parking space in smoking clunkers putting all late night working resident's at risk.

Hey, --------, stop writing your own reviews for Alderbrooke's own little slice of hell. We all know it is you! GO LEASE an apartment to some qualified perspective traffic, if you can ever get any in the office. I am currently informed even after leaving that all of the latest modifications are just "LIPSTICK ON A PIG". If you really want anyone to really write a better review, earn it! Clean up the mess that the Alderbrooke Apartments contiunes to stay even today.

The pool cover was removed to reveal and even worse mess than it being covered. The Department of Health could do some studies on this dead mouse infested, briney dark foamy liquid they call pool water. The horrible smell wafts all around the clubhouse..... Surely, that will help with the new prospects making up thier minds to rent in stinky-village. What a wonderful breeding ground for a "West Nile Mosquito infestation disaster...All we need now are a few old car tires floating in this mess and we are off to the mercy of the bugs. Yes all the noted improvments,,,,, PLEASE>

August 5, 2009...UPDATE Low and behold......RP management/Alderbrooke has after years of decline, trickled some much needed cash down to the property. The scummy pool was actually drained finally, and it is in the process of repair, along with a very much needed replacement of an old broken porch that overlooks the pool.The clubhouse hot tub got a once over also. Alas, Summer 09 is nearly comming to a close , but at least this mess has finally ben addressed. I believe enough complaints, poor occupancy ratings, poor reviews from this site and plenty of residents pitching a fit, maybe all combined shook this management company to spend some funds for the deserving paying residents.( too bad it was not completed durring our triple digit heat !). The current manager, is of course is trying to take all the credit but, be assured he did not pay for it nor did he coorindate these fixes. Finally, finally some positive moves. Good work and the credit goes to S.B. at RP Management........ too late for some of us to completely forgive the rest of the wreck, but a good effort in the works at the property.

However; I will try to post them on the page with the website customer services assitance because maybe then too, these messes can be addressed. By-the-way, I remain unphased by the silly little folks that outted me, by posted my home address on this site, which was removed. I at least choose to sign my reviews,( not chicken out with a goofy terrifed "anonymous"), and do not hide from my comments, but stand by them.So as you say don't waste your time, nor mine. Enjoy the pictures, I have finally been aproved to post. Pictures tell all, now all the posts that say just how wonderful this place is....... are the management/ friends ect. Busted! Our group of real concerned residents, past and present, (no false names, there Mr. unbelieveable anonmyous) will be shown that "PICTURES DO NOT LIE!".
Hopefully many more problems will be addressed if the public witnesses just what they could be moving into. Maybe more of the property overhaul's processes could take place. We greatfully watch, as they still continue the work on the rehabliation of the pool and clubhouse porch and are very happy for the exposure.
Our resident's group tried to bring to light the many of the (still un-addressed "un-driveable-wrecked cars issue)" but were unable to post these pictures of these wrecks, per the Web Master Screening Process, possibly due to the unfair identification of "certain residents property", so fair enough! We still are hopeful to have management do just what is mandated in thier own "rules and regulations" in the lease. We have all have signed to comply when we moved in, but managment still to this day, allows these parked vehicles to sit where thay have been for many weeks, to look shamefully unattended. FYI, Not one of these vehicles has ever had a window posted to comply-repair or had ever had the wrecker notice. I am sure if one of our "residents group" left "thier" cars in this deplorable condtion for even 24 hours it would be dangling at the end of the wreckers-hook. Many, many pregidous favoritisum with unfair practices go on at Alderbrooke. All we ask is to just inforce the "Rules and Regulations " for all, on the lease fairly, with out favoritisum, Mr. Manager.

Update 09-09-09;

We must add, the pool renovations are just wonderful. Now it truely is sparkling clean. Both the club house and the pool area's are nearly complete and it really looks inviting. Sadly, it is very late in the season and the heater in the pool is not yet reapired. A chilly swim would be in order if the inspectors could get the area open before the first frost. It really is a big change and looks very nice.
The dangerous hanging gutter on "C" bulding has also been remvoed from the back of the porches. It hung danglilng for several months this past summer but the disaster waiting to happen has been removed, Thanks.

We must say good job to take notice and thank you "Down Town" Management at RP, for letting up on some repairs and the funds to make it happen,$$$$$$$, and getting the work done........... Bully for you!

We have noticed a small few of a much better group of new move-ins bit-by-bit also. They look to be middle aged proffesionals, driving decent running vehicles and polite nicer folks. Hope this keeps up for the few pleasant folks that remain, even though we count down the days till we leave. Keep up the good efforts.

Thank god, free from the Barrioghetto, Cisterna and LittleShasaGirl found normal saine abodes to get out to, and have professional gated community treatment. Over the past three weeks the management has sadly has revierted back to moving in summy trash and over-loading ilegal barefooted squaters carrying thier belongings in plastic bags instead of moving boxes to over priced uncleaned apartments with too many occupants for the one bedroom size. Shame on you Alderbrooke to take advantage of these people. However the worst; A new tenant that just moved in the upstairs areas of our beloved D bulding, and is constantly calls the police three times a day on everyone if the talk or laugh, (and this is before 10pm) These new folks got evicted from another Lynnwood complex and moved in without any screening (this according to the Lynnwood police) with five kids under the age of six in tow. They have had two Domestic Violence calls in as many days( fighting at all hours with family members tossing each other down the breeze-ways steps) and they are most selfish loud folks I have seen in a while. This crazy person screams at the top of thier lungs at the " Bleepity Bleep Blepp, Baby Daddy" on the phone for hours in the early hours and then goes off if you tap on the wall,makes threats to burn you out and then calls the police on YOU. As I said Crazy! this has got to be the worst.

Let me out, can not leave soon enough. You get the picture. All we can say is that this has been "the year of living very dangerously" and Mel Gibson was not even in our crazy movie. Poor RocketManBob is the last to leave and I hope he gets out into his new condo before it gets too cold.

Yeppers,,,,,The pool did open, but with no heater,It does look good, but whatever! Burrrrrr.

We will leave this nightmare and join the others that have gotten out before us in rejoycing. I am sure the narthewells will all wave goodbye in glee, dishoveling around in thier hovels, hanging in the hallways, smoking likepot-belly stoves as we drive from the parking area. BUT, no one is as happy as we to leave this hole. SO, we cheer as we go.......

Alderbrooke thinks that we grumbled and complained alot about the misgivens of the lack of professionalisum, but just wait till the new section eight crazy nut job burns down the (D) buliding. I have never seen a homeless animal around and the only police i saw was once and i've been there for 5 month. go whine to someone wo will believe you nonsense

Wow, glad we moved from this nuthouse. We get a email notice everytime some one posts,,,,,, this ----------- is having a hay day trashing the negtive comments not another tenant poster. I agree with many of the post writers , nothing that they posted is false. This place had it's troubles, but now the new guy is very spiteful. We also reconize it to be him. I am sure whom ever is getting it in D apartment has angered him and atracted his supervisor's attention to get his new foundness for trashing. Don't rent here unless you want drama. We are not teenagers ether. We now have our home away from Alderbrooke on 36th ave west, and have peace. Look elsewhere for a calm place noise free and no mean manager interventons.

Remember reading from our previous marathon blog last night. Remember all of us warning you not to post information like any part of "another bloggers' address/name or personal information on this forum, even if you know who they are? Well due to the "Web Master monitoring you're ISP number has been given to "D's" "Hard Run Machines of High Brow-Professional,$$$$ Dogs of War-"D'"s Camp", or better known as (Karr, Tuttle, Cambell- Seattle*) that manages and wipes up after all of "D's" business issues. (That I personaly would rather not ever have to deal with, if ya get my drift). Unfourtuntely due to YOU posting "D's" "physical address" within Aldersnook property for any John Q, Public to read, that information was part of one of your first comments contained in one of your 08-02-09 blogs. OOPPPS, For you own good you should have been more careful about the fall-out of revealing personal informations and what could happen to that person. If they incurred any damages from any others that may or may not be able to not hold thier tempers on the unpopular comments made by any author. (It is called a Tort) See, all five of us from time to time blog on this forum collectively, from the same computer. ( maybe that is why you think some of still live on the property, most of are still here but not all) "WE" were even contacted by the authorities about everyone in our blogger party's contents too. We all met "D" last year at our little Aldersnook meetings. We are all pretty much are on civil terms and still talk from time to time. We all agree on some " Aldersnook issues". Like the poor treatment of some elderly residents by several past management at Aldersnook. We all share some what a general attitude about the property. However; the real problem for you now? "D"'s "High Brow Camp" now knows your location (from the ISP number from your agreement of terms of use on the site,) and even worse, you're real identity with the address affliated with the ISP..... Sorry to say, you did this to yourself.....The "user terms" say you broke the golden rule of "Invasion of Privacy". Even much more worse, is what happened to "D" because of your careless actions........ After a small group of angry insulted readers/residents acted upon the knowledge of the Aldersnook address/posted personal information, the Website Managers were informed, that "D's" location was disclosed by your "posting blog on-line", which has resulted in some very nasty, documented life threating comments. These were made by person's at "D's" residence in Aldersnook. This also included harmful physical threats to "D's" person/property/animals. (We are not saying it was you, nor do the authorities feel you were the origin of the physical threats) however; the "authorities" are now involved yet agian, at Aldersnook due to this mess with in our freindly little blog). Anonymous, please we all believe to a right of written expression on this blog "NO MATTER" what the content if it is- (1. within the legal limits of the terms user's rights). However; Anonymous giving up the "good's" on a unpopular blogger that ends up in assault is just down right bad Karma. Anonymous, you got the chance to post you're opinon with- out threat and "D' should be extended the same liberties. However distasteful or affended you find "D's" comments, (yes and some times a bit harsh) "D" never gave out any direct personal information on you, even after "D" was threatened. Please do not doubt "D's" High Brow Camp truly does have your current information too boot.
