I live there right now and it really isn't bad, a side from the garbage truck in morning that makes noise i haven't had a problem yet. my neighbors keep to themselves but are always nice when I see them. this place isn't the most luxurious but its good for the price so stop whining and suck it up to all those other out there. this place is a perfectly fine place to live near the mall and shopping and the freeway.

im a girl by the way and no i dont work there. i think you are just looking for sympathy and your not gonna get it from me. I have lived in bad apartments before and these are not bad. Not the best, but not bad. The management now is fine, its not dangerous, they may take a while to fix things but they are not bad people. your just an uptight bigity a-s-s-h-o-l-e and you need to except it. Maybe if you had a bad experience karma was coming back to bite you in the a-s-s...

As to address your trifling, inconsequential comments about the ALDERBROOKE handyman and his helpers/ staff just "taking a little while to respond to a work order for Ghetto repairs"; what else is new, it is completely "Ghetto Style", and very unprofessional. Most "real professionaly managed property's" do not fashion the format like ALDERGHETTO, has no true origination with the care of the upkeep of the units. Beachrocker 21 if you move on in life, maybe you will have the opprtunity to experince real professionalism in Property Management. As for my Karma, it is clean, clear, and very beautiful. See, I got up and moved away from Alderghetto and you, comfortable still stay in the familar "Garabage Hell" you sound as if you deserve and accept. Oh by the way youngster, I myself am a woman.
