As, I read from several of these happy with the placed posted folks, really also do sound like management, I will warn you not to rent here! I am a seinor and this compnay cares about no one but the bottom line. I stayed three weeks before my unit was broken into and the people that got in lived on the property. I left shortly after that but contiuned to lease to another family member, as not to ruin my perfect credit. I was much too frightened to remain on the complex. Untill the lease was up my realitive had many issues with bad folks, dangerous parking at night more breakin's and four management changes. Everything was always breaking and was very hard to get anyone to repond to a repair. Apon my vacate, the unit was returned spotless,(even as they discribed, rental ready) and it still was a battel to get the right amount on the final check. This is NOT worth your time and grief. Don't enter into any business with this company, keep looking elsewhere.

i have lived there for 5 months with no break-ins, no dangerous parking, no scary people, and the management is actually really nice. Only thing I would say is they take a little while to fix things but other than that they are just fine.

I agree with the even the long winded , it looks like the manager guy's girl/boyfriend is learning to type, or he likes posing as a chick bloger...what ever, he has been here the same amount of time as the mean spirted beach rocks girl (5 monther) very sketchy, hey fella, if your working at the place just log in properly in the manager part, fess up and blog on like a professional and leave the other spaces for people looking for a place to leave and their comments. Sometimes these web pages are the only way unsuspecting new people comming from out of the area can check up and see if it is a waste of time looking at the place. THANKS> Redrider12
