I'm relatively new here, but so far everything has been just great! The manager is friendly and sincere and the maintenance guy takes care of stuff fast. Since I've been here, I haven't seen any of the negative things that others have posted. I guess things have changed for the better. We've got some really cool neighbors and the place is pretty peaceful and quiet most of the time. I would definitely recommend it... after all, I try to be a good neighbor and I like to have good neighbors. One more thing, there aren't many places this nice for the price.

TOO bad your not really one of the actual residents of Alderbrooke......management is at it agian ....... sounds like an add print for the Apartment Guide... get a life, or better yet do something to actually improve the moldy dump, and then maybe "real tenants" will post a bonnafide posting of a positive nature. If your gonna talk the talk, then walk the walk.
