These apartments are really not that bad, the manager is really helpful and way better then previous ones. I moved out and received my deposit back and was charged fairly for things that needed fixing/cleaning in the apartment. Throughout my experience at these apartments I did not have any issues, except for some noisy (and rude) neighbors. But like other people have commented, it all has to do with which unit you live in. Most people who read these blogs probably see the hostility between tenants. I recommend Alderbrooke for anyone needing cheaper rent and a good location, just beware you might have a neighbor that will make you want to move out.

FYI Most Rape's sexual assults are the lack of security within a certain "Complex". Like the one that took place at Alderbrooke last year. RocketManBob.......

Many of the complexes in Lynnwood have 24 hour security. And they still have high crime rates.
