Lived here in 2006. Landlord is a bit shady. Just read your contract and don't take his word if you ask for anything either. The place itself is alright. There are different types of people there. But they seem to just be getting by also. There are cheaper places then this place.

Apartment unit was nice, not the greatest but it's old and what can you expect. Had a problem with my washer and dryer which the guy said was new, it wasn't, but they changed it to one that worked (still not new or even close).

Noise, well it's the same with everyother apartment living. Some people get lucky with quiet neighbors and some get loud ones. I was one of the lucky ones.

All in all, not the greatest place, but some place to get by that's not so bad.

The manager that was there in 2006-2007 is long gone. Current management seem very nice, helpful and attentive. Just letting you know! :-)

The current manager needs to go back to magr school. He spews more miss-information than an MTV DJ on crack. What out, with paper work, contracts and notices..... special ed time here. It is importanat that you know the Snohomish laws and not make them up as you skip down the street. How is that job at Denny's working for ya Redhead? Don 't rent here, they are crooks.... just letting you know........
