Don't expect much and you won't be disappointed. I had the thrill of living upstairs from the noisest, trailer trashiest bunch of chain smokers with their ritalin-kid who didn't get up until 11PM. The garbage left by this one unit was enough to fill a landfill, it was bought recently by a greedy management company, they've jacked up all the rents in hopes of kicking out all the poor souls who have decent deals. They waited until the last possible legal minute to give out renewal notices, thus giving US only 10 days to decide if we want to stay at this pit. They are completely charging the TENANTS for all the 'work' they're doing to the places.

If you want maintenance on anything, stand in line, the wait times have quadrupled from the last management company. They also started allowing DOGS, so now we all get to hear everyone's yippy drop-kicking dogs barking and crapping all over the complex.

Ok place to live, as long as you get decent tenants around you.
