I have lived here for a year and not until the new management company bought it, did I have a problem. I seriously havent gone a day without waking up to leafblowers, lawnmowers and power washers going. I understand that they want to improve the place, but now no one can afford to live here. The vaulted ceilings on the top floor are beautiful though.
