I've read some of the other coments ... and if it was bad a couple of years ago, I think it has changed a lot!

First, the management -- FABULOUS. When we moved in, we had a lot of issues and were probably obnoxious tenants. But they were always helpful and friendly and got our issues resolved. They learn your names very quickly and are very very friendly.

Secondly, the maintenance staff -- ALSO FABULOUS. We've only had one issue so far with our appliances, and they had it taken care of the same day I called. From what I hear, they always respond quickly.

As far as other things go ... parking isn't a problem because you're assigned one covered parking stall. We are fortunate to be in an area of the property that's close to guest parking, so we've never had trouble with parking. The downside is there's only one location to dump your trash, but they compact it daily and it helps to keep things secure -- no need to worry about people going through trash and stealing personal information. There are recycle bins located all over the property.

The only complaint I would really have about this place is the size of the kitchen in the one bedroom units. Tiny tiny kitchen. But we're dealing with it okay.

One great thing is the garden style tubs they have in some units. If you can, request a unit with that tub. Once you get into one of those, you can't go back to the small, narrow ones.

The best thing ... sound insulation!!! The apartments were originally built as condos, so the sound insulation is wonderful! Get a top floor apartment if you're thinking about moving here. We never hear our neighbors. Ever.

I highly recommend living at Countrywalk!
