Thought it was a good place to live. Got worse w/each passing year. Had to wait for apartment maintenance. Maintenance waits got worse over the years. Had several leaks in ceiling that took quite long to fix. Eventually had to move due to stachybotyrs mold spores found in carpeting samples sent to professional lab. Mgt failed to make previous water damage known before renting the place to my sis and me in 2000. Grounds maintenance got worse when dogs were allowed. Glad I bought a condo! I hope not to have to rent again. I should have had a building inspector look over the place before renting.
