I've lived here for 2 years, and the only reason I'm about to move out is cost. I understand there was a major renovation 2 years ago, and the grounds-keepers are some of the best in Lynnwood, but the recent price hikes make even the Avalons look tempting.

Compared to adjacent complexes, the Seasons is clean, well-maintained, and safe.
The neighboring 'Highlands' apartment complex is a potential problem. It's kind of like a bomb waiting to go off. Also, there is loud Mexican music emanating from it at odd hours.

Depending on which end of the Seasons complex you're at, parking can be good or bad. I'm in a building next to a lot of free parking, so no complaints (from my guests either.)

The trash compactor keeps the complex free of litter, although you do have to walk quite a ways to get to it, if you're where I am. However, it pays to recycle, as there are covered recycling stations everywhere throughout the parking lot.

Maintenance has always been good about responding to problems, but I haven't had many, owing to the primarily new appliances and fixtures. The finishes and cabinetry are WELL above average for Lynnwood.

All in all, I'll be sad to see the place go, but I simply can't afford it anymore.
