Very pleasant

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2001
 
I will be brief as I still live in this complex, and any details I give would give away who I am to the office staff.

Noise: Superb
Office staff: Excellent
Maintenance staff: Poor
Value: Good

But if I knew then what I know now, I would still have moved in to this complex.
