Help me!I have only lived here a very short period of time and it is awful. The people who so called work here do not seem to really "work here".Usually when you go to see someone at the office you will find a clock up on the door saying sorry they missed you and a time when they will be back and when you come back at that time you will not find anyone there. I feel I pay quite a lot for rent and it sure would be nice to get a human instead of an answering machine or a sign on the door when there is a problem in my apartment I need to get addressed. This definitelly has not been at all what I had expected here. When they first show you the model apartment it is all to suck you in, they tell you it is a professionally managed company. This company is the least professional company I have encountered yet in my history of renting apartments anywhere .At least be honest when you show people around and swindle them in to thinking they are going to be at a great place. Tell them up front that it will take weeks to get anything fixed in their apartment and tell them that they will never be able to get ahold of anyone. What they tell you is a lie and as far as I am concerned it is fraud what they are doing. They are lying to your face. Be Smart. Listen to what you hear here. these people who write about this place live here and are in hell and do not want you to have to go through what they are going through.
