i have been reading some of the reviews posted and some of them are really funny. like the one that says you have to wait 2 weekds to get anything fixed. the only time i had to wait more than a day was when they gave me a brand new washer and dryer unit and that only took about 3 days. and there is one that says the staff is never there and there is always a clock up that says sorry i missed you. that clock also says "out to lunch". there is normally always someone there to help you. and the girls that work in the office are very sweet. I have lived here over a year and i love it!!!!!

i agree...we've never had to wait more than one day for repairs, they even help to clear tub clogs up... we find that the staff is very kind and run well, we personally have no complaints

Maybe the staff directs maintenance to maintain for certain tenants but not ALL tenants.
