This complex is horrible. I swear one of the leasing agents was a cocaine addict, her unit was close to mine and I always saw really shady traffic in and out of her unit. Anytime a car was parked next to her unit, it would end up missing something, or the tires would be slashed. This happend 3 times in one week to my friends. Whats worse was that all of the complaints for all of their mischief(cig. butts, and beer cans, and parking violations) seemed to land on my door. How coicidental seeings that the resident of that unit worked for the complex.
As for maintenace- I had my ceiling cave in on me last year, and it took them months to repair it. I finally had to withold rent from them to fix it. When the job was done it needed to be redone because of poor craftsman ship. Now for the best part, the alleged 72 hour eviction notice that I NEVER recieved.
Most complexes will tape the notice to your door, and send one to you in the mail... Well it just never happend. Two sheriffs knocked on my door, and told me it was time to go- they changed the locks and put me out, right then and there. No remorse, because of the lack of sufficient notice I had to sacrafice my 50 gallon saltwater tank with all of the fish and plantlife, my bearded dragon is in a coma, and my dog doesnt know what the heck to think. I really belive that this complex is in dire need of a new management staff. They appearantly dont do drug screening on employees, maybe that'd be a good start.
