I've only lived here for a few months. Overall, things are good. The staff is friendly and very helpful. It would have been nice if they'd replaced the bathroom linoleum instead of just making a note of the big red nail polish stain ... but whatever.

I walk my dog around the complex several times a day (at least twice in the dark) and think the parking lots are pretty well lit. You can hear the upstairs neighbors when they walk ... but nothing like at my boyfriend's apartment.

I have had to call for maintenance a few times and they have always come out that day and fixed the problem the first time. They have even stopped me while I'm out and about to ask if everything is still okay. The office staff takes time to talk to my dog everytime we stop by the office. They are all very friendly and helpful.

There are a lot of dog owners and most of us clean up after our dogs. There are a few who don't, but it's a very small minority.

I like it here and the only reason I'll be leaving is because I would like to be closer to my work. I understand that they hand out a 'move out' list that details what their expectations are and what the costs are associated with each item if it's not completed.
