I had a co-worker live in this complex a year before I moved in and did so on her saying it was a good place I lived here from 9/07 to 05/08 and am only moving because I want to live closer to my work in Seattle. Never had any complaints, management always seemed friendly and would return my calls within 24 hours. The maintenance response was fast but was a small issue with one of our problems not being resolved. We complained twice about one of our burners always being on high heat no matter the setting and while they were fast to come and look at it we were told there was no problem. The appliances are older (at least in our aparmtment) but the carpeting was new and everything very clean when we moved in. We didn't pay the extra for covered parking and only once or twice was I not able to park in an uncovered spot right in front of my door and even then had no problem finding a spot within sight of my building. I loved that we were allowed to have our german shepherd mix here as most place will not allow big dogs. As another reviewer said, I also walk my dog around the complex and often after dark and have never felt unsafe. They gave us a fairly extensive (almost ridiculously detailed) list for our move out clean but is nice to know what they expect so we can get our deposit back. If I remember I'll repost after we move out to update how much was returned as some have said they don't return any. I'm hoping that isn't the case.
