basically this is a nice place to live. Friendly staff and very well kept grounds... yet here in lies the problem. I have lived here now for 6 months and everyday of the week there is some kind of obnoxious noise coming from outside. This generally begins at 8 in the morning which drives me mad. Wether it's lawn mowing one day and pressure washing the next it is CONSTANTLY something. I appreciate a well kept complex, but for the love! EVERYDAY there is something and it's so noisy. My advice to Alderwood Heights, schedule your up keep and construction on the same day every week because it's driving your tenants out. Also, when you have good tenants that always pay rent on time try offering them a better incentive to stay and renew a lease. They offered to clean our carpets if we stay... gee thanks. AND one more thing, when you do a background check on prospective tenants try doing it legally because if something is LEGALLY sealed that means you don't get to see it.
