I prefer apartment living, I enjoy the upkeep that I pay for, and the amenties I pay for...I also expect my living envirenment to be conductive to my lifestyle.
Noise at Alderwood Park is off the scale....if you work any job where you get up after 8am, don't expect to sleep, any day of the week. Landscaping is constant, music is horrendous, kids screaming at the pool, even though the office is RIGHT FREAKING THERE, not to mention, tiny children in diapers running in and out of the hot tob, that has a sign posted right over it that childern uner 6, I think, are not allowed'
Don't even go near the hot tub, unless it was just cleaned...kids with dirty feet and pissy diapers are in and out all day.
I find the management expects people to behave like they are in a 4 star hotel, but give Motel 6, or less, service. And oh my, complain, and the people you complained about will hear about it.

Please show this review to people so they cant see it and know that Alderwood Park Apt. have so many problems, they over charge people for apartments,security deposit,pet deposits,do not trust Manger there, she dont give them about tenants or this property. I and other tenants complain about dog pupping all over place,in past summer smell was horrible, nobody clean this place,apartment are not updated,they dont even clean the carpet and fix the problems,manager dont care. My apartment was not painted,carpet was not clean,floors was not clean same blinds, windows,the front door have gup and cold air is pooring to my apt,the toilet is to old and small and leanning in left side, my washer flooded my bathroom two time,I have mold in my bathroom,the main pipe was leaking under my bathroom floor. The porch, if is rainning water coming to my sliding door,then I find out that the door to storage never was finish, moisture destroy evrything I store there. The side walk is black and dirty to the point I was scare,I see many times dog pupp on the side walk and no one clean this for two weeks. The apartments are old and noise is lound and horrendous One more think my apartment was next to dumpster, every time waste management truck pick up conteiners ,he make very loud noise,my apartment was seeking,I couldint sleep, every day young people park the cars next to where I was living they play loud miusic, many times I was so upset that I call police, because I couldint rest. In my opinion this place was like dump. I never live in my live in this kind of horrible place,I hope that new people who bougth this property read this reviews and clean this place so people can have warm and safe place to live. I will not recommended this place to any one the place in my opinion is slum. Good by Alderwood park I am free of you.
