Alderwood Park is a good place to live. We have been here over a year and have NEVER had any problems. No matter where you live, someone is going to play their radio too loud or have an occasional car prowl. The maintenance always fixes everything and the office people are helpful and courteous (even if I am having a bad day). There have been a lot of good changes since we moved in. It is also great for walking to the mall, taking our children to the nice,new playground or to the pool. While no apartment should be a permanant residence, Alderwood Park is a good place to be in between homes.
