This place used to be nice.. and the grounds are the only thing that keep it remotely attractive. Once you move in, it won't be long before you are counting the days until the end of your lease! To add insult to injury, the office staff doesn't seem to care about anything but taking your money. Very disappointing experience..

Now a resident there (a friend of mine) is being asked to move by the staff there for asking that the community update its facilities to comply with ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) guildlines. My friend has lived there for 4 years without a single late payment or complaint made against her. It's her mother who is elderly and disabled which is why they asked for the accommodation. They cannot move in 20-days as the notice requires and this community is going to (for no cause other than retaliation) put an elderly disabled woman on the street... Can you believe this'! Do NOT move to this horrible community.
