In reading the other comments I can't help but wonder if this isn't just one group of malcontents who decided to make trouble. I have been here for a few years now and have only good things to say.

The trash issue is no worse than at any other complex and much better than most. Additionally, there are at least two recycling bins that I am aware of.

The maintenance guys are great. I have never had to wait more than a day to get something fixed and when I needed new appliances (washer in particular) I had a brand new one (the plastic was still on it) in less than a week.

As for mold...come on, get real!! We live in Western Washington and the buildings are over twenty years old. Every thing the staff can do to keep the grounds in order, they do.

I have lived in at least a half dozen apartments in the past 20 years and this is, far away, the best. The staff is good to the residents, the grounds are maintained, and all the amenities function and are properly maintained as well.
