It was a great opportunity for me and my brother: so I thought.
We have lived here a year, because of our lease, and I am not a happy camper. Although the maintence responds quickly they refuse to fix problems, mostly with mold, to my satisfaction. Although the repairmen said that the mold was "killed" by using a mold killer paint and the Larva in the wall was also sprayed: we still have mold smells coming from the area and found a handful of baby flies a few weeks later. It's sick, it's gross, and I won't be living there much longer!!!!!!!
