Me and my boyfriend lived here for a year, the staff was polite but was nothing extrodinary, the actual adult staff that works there is professional and polite, but the teenage or younger employees are rude and not professional, I once had to wait ten minutes while she sat at the desk with her feet up while she talked on her cell phone (It was an obvious personal phone call of no urgency). My stereo was stolen out of my car and my boyfriend's car was stolen. The highschool close by means that any kids who want to skip school to be loud and annoying hang out in the back of the parking lot (where my apartment building was) and the walls are paper thin. There was a group of kids, young maybe ten and under, and they just stand in the middle of the road and stare at you when you try to get by, I don't know where there parents are. Every time we tried to light the fireplace our house was filled with smoke. They didn't cheat us out of our deposit though which was a nice surprise. and the maintanence staff was nice and has lived there forever and is really trustworthy. Pet deposit costs are much lower then other apartments. I never wanted to go out on my balcony because the wood felt like a sponge, it was rotting from the inside and it was just painted over.
