Avalon Brandemoor....the facilities are satisfactory despite the noise of neighbors coming from upstairs, next door, outside, etc... The location is even somewhat appealing. What makes Avalon Brandemoor an unpleasant place to live is the management team. The office staff is unresponsive to problems, unaccommodating to current renters, and certainly does not hold true to their word. This is the least ideal place to try to live with roommates and the management consistently makes it as inconvienient as possible. Unless you have one car and never anticipate drop-in guests-do not expect this to be a place that can accomodate any type of parking needs. Do not believe anything they say unless it is put into writing, and even then you have to force the issue to get them to comply. If I had it to do over again, Avalon Brandemoor would be the LAST place I would live.
