Avalon Brandemoor is not the greatest place to live. The staff is lazy, parking sucks, and the grounds are less then adequate. The apartments are shotty and weren't built to last. I would not recommend anyone living here. Rent is high, but its not worth what you get for it. The walls are paper thin, you can hear everything. To say the least it looks nice but when you look closely to the apartment and staff you can see they're both falling apart.
