This apartment complex is run by two generally moody, divorced, chain-smokers. I made a payment for rent 2 days late and was treated unprofessionally despite offering no resistance and giving the full late fee immediately.

The parking is a royal pain. This complex was designed to have 1.5 parking spaces per unit, and over 80% of the units are 2BR.

The locations is pretty nice; a mall, couple supermarkets, access to I-5 - all within a 2 mile drive. The workout facility is pretty good, the machines are kept in good condition.

Read the contract and make sure you make objections, and that they are documented. Also make sure you get a copy and make sure you take your sweet time during the move in inspection. I haven't moved out just yet, but I've heard from several people that used to live there that they screw you on your return deposit and make false claims about how well the place was cleaned before you left.
