Maintenance. The complex is pretty much brand new. But if you need any maintenance done in your unit, it takes forever for anyone to come out and fix it. Our leaking sprinkler head problem took 4 months to completely fix.

Parking problem. When we first signed up last year, they claimed that a reserved parking plan was being formulated and implemented in the next couple of months. It took nine! (9) months for the plan to be implemented. In that time, parking was a mess and very limited. Most of the time I would need to park 4-5 buildings away.

Now that the parking plan has been implemented, there is still confusion. Furthermore, they will be charging for uncovered parking spots. I have no problem paying for garages or covered parking spots, but it is ridicolous to pay for parking in the suburbs.

Crime. Car stolen/broken into 4 times in three months. Enough said.

Staff. The staff is great when you are in the office speaking with them. But they are not very timely on returning calls or maintenance requests.

ADVICE: beware! and move on down the street to the next apartment complex.
