I have lived at Avalon Brandemoor for the better part of two years. I like it here. The property looks nice. The office staff is corteous, and it is, for the most part, quiet. People keep posting reviews saying that the staff is "dishonest" and if you don't "have it in writing" it won't be honored. You're right--it won't be honored! So read the lease agreement thoroughly before signing it! It would be irresponsible not to. I will also add that the staff has never lied to me--in fact they are very up-front with me. I enjoy living at Avalon Brandemoor. I have a nice view of the pool. I keep my place clean with minimal effort. I complain about my neighbors when they make too much noise, but first I go and talk to them before involving the office--90% of the time, the issue is resolved immediately, and sometimes you even make a friend or acquaintance by knocking on your neighbor's door (even though you're asking them to "keep it down"). I won't be moving from Avalon Brandemoor until I'm ready to purchase a house.
