I've live at Avalon Brandemoor for about 4 years. Besides having my car stolen 2 times and broken into numerous times, the neighbors are extremely loud and though I have made several complaints, it hasn't stopped. The leasing office switches consultants it seems almost every other week and they know nothing. To say the least this is by far the worst place I've live in yet, since the new management took over. Be aware of lies when you move out of the apartment as well, they over charge for things that never were. Not only to me, but also about 10 other tenants who have lived here!
