Me and my husband moved in here before christmas and Im alittle concerned by reading the reviews about what our outcome is going to be upon moving out. We are very tidy people so I am not to concerned about a cleaning charge.. but the carpets in this place are horrible and every piece of dirt is always aparent so its a battle to keep them tidy. When you first move in everything looked great except a few stains in the carpet and you do get 5 days to report things you dont initially see on the walk in...but its all the other stuff youll notice later there are still nails in the wall wich they just painted over, there is cracks in the window frames wich they smeared caulking all over the carpet is coming up in certain areas... things that im worried they will ding me for that wasnt my fault, but wasnt in the walk through.
The walls are also hard to wipe down cause they are textured.. plus they dont tell you that its a non-smoking apartment... if you get busted than its a huge re-painting fee. the pet charge is outrageous. AND IT IS THE NOISIEST PLACE I HAVE EVER LIVED IN MY LIFE. no matter how much you complain nothing will ever become of it. My neighbours always have high base on, Ive complained at least a dozen times even called the cops on them still nothing... there are a lot of dogs that NOBODY keeps on a leash and they never shutup either in the early part of the morning ever 2nd week or so the trim all the hedges with gas motored trimmers so when its hot and you have your windows open the whole apartment stinks like gas and the noise is unberable for hours... Im usually not ---- about noise so much but with the walls bieng paper thin and the disrespectful nieghbours who have no regard for other peoples life all the parties and people who dont turn thier base off when driving through at any hour of day or night Ive had enough.
maintenence hired some punk kid who in uniform rides around on the hood of his friends car waving at the kids on the street teaching them some great morals. and the sales reps dont care. Once they got you in and living here than they couldnt be bothered with any complaint you have. I rambled to much Im sorry but this was a dream gone nightmare cause we loved the space the beautiful layouts the pool and gym having a garage. We wanted something permanent for a couple of years till we could have enough to buy our own home, but I dont know now.
