Not a good place to live

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005
 
I've lived here for two years and the management changed about 4 to 5 times in 2 years. Apartment is very noisy due to the thin wall. I closed all my windows and I can still hear people talking on the cell phone.
Parking is also bad as well. It seems like parking is another excuse to get extra money from customers. uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax
