We moved into to these apartments excited about having a newer, updated modern apartment, but little did we know that is was going to be hell! We lived there for a year, in that year our mailboxes were broken into, our car and a couple of our neighbors cars were either stolen or broken into (ours was stolen), when we went to notify management they acted stupid and pretty much showed no concern. On top of that the Avalon Wild something had an armed robbery, how scary! When we moved in they boosted about the security service they had, three months later I never once saw security again. Upon moveout I was told how hard it is to get your deposit back, so I spent 3 days just cleaning the apartment, but I got a letter a week later that I owed nearly two hundred dollars, they put in the report that I didn't clean the toilets, the cupboards and numerous of other things which was a huge lie. I would not and do not recommend this complex to no one! One more thing parking is horrible, I had to park 5 buildings away at night, and with two kids thats not so fun.
