My husband and I have lived at a lot of different places, and Avalon Brandemoor is the best of them all! The staff is super friendly and very helpful. And the maintenance staff is very on top of things. Brandemoor has no more problems than any other place, but people just want someone to blame. It's too bad more people don't write reviews when they're happy. I live on the 2nd floor and haven't even heard my neighbors. I've had no problem with the parking program there, in fact I'd rather pay for an extra spot and know that not just anyone can park on the property than not. I wasn't sure about it at first, but all I did was ask someone in the office and they explained why they do what they do, and I think it makes total sense.

And anyway, the property doesn't have control over stolen cars and crime. If you don't like having your car stolen, don't live in Washington. It's a state-wide problem. At least they have a patrol at night, which they don't have to have.

And to anyone that ever got "overcharged" on a move out, 9 times out of 10 it's their fault. It's happened to me every time I've moved (5x in the past 4 years). It's just little things that you wouldn't think to clean, but they have to pay cleaners to come in and finish, so you pay for the time. If you didn't know that, you didn't read your lease.

Anyway, I would recommend Avalon Brandemor to anyone!
