Just started renting, but I can see that the community has changed compared to previous problems reported. I am always wary of one month free offers (might mean they are having troubles filling the place, so why'). Yet, on real close inspection, the property is well maintained, and the apartments are great. The management team offers a 30 day guarantee and a 'OneDay' Guarantee on repairs or you get each day free. Parking is now reserved though I don't know where people may have their reserved spot. Mine is directly in front of the breezeway.

Haven't heard the neighbors, but I see that noise is kept down in general.

I find the pet fee to be pretty high, but ok.
