Trust me, you don't want to live here!!! I live there for more than 3 years and when I moved out, 4 people (me, my girlfriend, my roomate and my mom) help me to clean out the apartment, we vacuum the entire floor, clean out the bathroom, counter-top, fridge, scrub the stove, kitchen and everything.

A week after that I got bill from them trying to charge me over $1300!!!! they charge me $135 for the full cleaning, $1200 for replacement for new carpet after I live there for more than 3 years because of some stain and some other small charges. I visit them couple times and they still don't want to reduce the charges due from what "they said" some stain that cannot be removed. In my move-in checklist, I note that there were few red stain on the carpet already in dining room, so the stain that they claimed cannot be removed is in the living room but they charge me to replace the whole carpet which is totally ridiculous. When I live in apartment before this, I live only for 1 year and I got carpet amnesty already.

The apartment manager also very rude to me when I'm trying to dispute the charge. The maintainence manager who did the inspection is an idiot, he told me the timespan for carpet is 10 years old and he said he know what he's doing because he replace carpet for the apartment every month, meanwhile the apartment complex itself is only 5 years old! Right now I'm in the middle of contacting the Dispute Resolution Center regarding this problem, if that still doesn't work out, I will contact my lawyer about this if it still doesn't work out.

Parking over here is suck, I have to pay additional $20 if you have more than 1 car. They said that $20 is being used to pay security guy to go around the complex during the night, but one my friend's car got stolen in this apartment when he stayed over night.

For 1 year, I have a kid running around on the 2nd floor no matter it's 12 noon or 2 AM and make a really bad noise. I complaint about this to the staff and they never take care of it even after the family who live in 2nd floor move out. Also, we have this motored grass trimmer guy that work every morning around 7 AM where I usually still aslept and make a really noisy sound and smells for hours. They have no regard if people still sleeping or not (I was a student at that time and I have night class only).

My point is, even though this apartment looks good and new but trust me, you want to stay away from this one!!!
